The membership consists of a variety of technical professionals from all levels of telecom service provider organizations, including vice-presidents, directors, network engineers, service provisioners, business analysts, customer service representatives, and more. Anyone who uses MetaSolv Solution is welcome to attend.

Many members volunteer to serve in various capacities as Board of Director members or as members of special work groups. Several members provide great interactive presentations or informative user-developed documentation to share with others. Most of our members are experts in their field more than willing to help other members discover "best practices" in the use of MetaSolv Solution.  If you believe you can benefit from the SIG, or would like to participate in any way, please feel free to join. The OAUG Collaborate ’09 conference will be held in Orlando, FL, from Monday May 4^th through Thursday May 7^th, and the Metasolv Special Interest Group will be having targeted presentations all day Tuesday through Thursday.  If you can fly in early enough, we’d also recommend you try to attend Oracle’s presentation Monday afternoon (3:45PM) on their “Vision and Strategy for Oracle Products in the Communications Industry”.  Topics for the MSS SIG include two SIG Business meetings, two SIG Birds-of-a-Feather lunches, 4 Panel Discussions on ongoing Enhancement Themes, and 5 User presentations, as well as several presentations from Oracle.  See "Hot Topics" for a detailed schedule.
